TThis is bull shit if you ask me. this guy had been going to an internet cafe to use there FREE internet sevice for 3 months and never bought anything. they had him arrested. are you fucking kidding me!? teh guy nevereven went inside. he would just park out side and it was only periodicly. aparently the charge was for theft of services. whatever bitch.
