My Review: Tetris DS

OK now i know what you’re thinking. $35 for Tetris, come on. but to be honest it's totally worth every penny. by far the best game i have ever bought. this Tetris is not like the old school style adding new features to standard Tetris suck as being able to store a block, quick drop, and shadowing. this make game play quick and more interesting allowing for more strategy. There are also several ways to play.

Standard
(marathon/line clear/versus) - basic Tetris with a few new features.
Catch - as bricks fall you maneuver and flip the base to catch the pieces trying to create 4x4+ blocks to clear pieces.
Mission (marathon/time trail/versus) - try and complete a said lines with said pieces.
Puzzle - complete the stated puzzle to clear said pieces using only 3 said pieces.
Touch (tower/puzzle) - slide and rotate pieces to fall into place using the stylus.
Push - push your opponent closer to the end zone buy clearing 2+ lines at once.

This title allows for 3 different multi player games allowing up to 10 players per game. AWSOME. you can also play via Wi-Fi. this game never gets old and with a catchy soundtrack of remixed classics like Zelda, SMB, Donkey Kong, Metroid, Yoshi...(the list goes on) it's hard to put down. I’ve played it till the system finally died on me 3 times since last weekend. Overall a classic, addictive, competitive, and all around fun game every one can enjoy. I give this title a 10 out of 10.
