Wireless Memory Chip as Small as Rice


This chip was developed by HP and currently holds 512 k of memory that is wirelessly accessible. This chip is only 2x4mm in size and is still 2 years from the final design. The amount in memory is likely to grow by then and already has a transfer speed of 10 mb/s . Awesome they go on to list some useful applications in the article.
