2.71 Firmware Emulation for PSP

If you have a PSP with version 1.5 but don't want to upgrade because you'll lose your homebrew capabilities, you can dl this emulation to run 2.71 and still do homebrew. Sweet. Sucks for those of you who already upgraded. There's always that mod chip though.
