Million GB Thumb Drives

It would seem that researchers from Drexel and Penn have developed a way to stabilize the physical property of ferroelectricity at the nano scale. This could allow for storage up to 12,800,000GB per cubic centimeter. Let me just say, Holy Fucking Shit. Dont get your hopes up though, these guys still need to figure out a way to read and write the data on such a small scale. And you thought 64GB was a huge thumb drive.
